• Attempting to dial, route calls, or send messages to generated numbers expecting human reception
• Scraping or abusing the website infrastructure with malicious automated denial-of-service traffic

4. Test Data Disclaimer

All phone numbers produced by this tool are simulated test data. Where available, the Service incorporates officially designated fictional ranges (such as NANPA 555-0100 through 555-0199 in North America, Ofcom Drama ranges in the UK, and ACMA fictional blocks in Australia).

The Service does not guarantee that a randomly generated number will not coincidentally resemble an active number in jurisdictions lacking formal fictional reserves. Users are solely responsible for ensuring mock data does not interfere with real telecommunication networks.

5. Intellectual Property

The website layout, codebase, branding, documentation, and design assets are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. However, the generated fictional phone number sequences themselves are mathematical artifacts and are not claimed as proprietary by the Service; you are free to export and use the generated CSV data in your software test suites without royalty.
